PURCHASING & ORDERS
Within 24 hours of purchasing either the predesigned sets or the custom nail design, we will reach out to discuss shipping and an expected timeline. For the custom nail design, you will be asked to fill out a form to begin the iterative design process.
REFUNDS
As a small business, we will do our best to meet the standards you expect from your nails. However, if you find during the custom design process that you're not vibing with things anymore, we are happy to refund you 50% of your initial purchase. There are no refunds on purchases of previous designs.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
In general, expect 2-4 weeks for the nails to arrive at your front door from when we confirm that the nails have been shipped. We will also provide you with shipping information as we send the nails out.
